Don't forget that Hauppauge also has an add on card for the higher end cards they sell. I know doesn't make sense to me either. At any rate, the add on card will allow you to use component cables so you can plug you VCR into the card to record from it. That way youcan bring your old "movies" onto DVD or hard drive for storage.
